A global journey that began with humble beginnings has now transcended over five successful decades. Meghmani group is now a $550 Million enterprise that specializes in manufacturing a variety of chemical products. With a singular focus on delivering quality products through innovation & practices that are friendly to the environment, we have consistently inspired consumer confidence and are one of the leading chemical manufacturing companies in India for dyes and intermediates.
Our business came into existence with the name of Ashish Chemicals in 1977, which later changed to Meghmani Dyes and Intermediates Ltd in 1979. Our initial products in this venture were direct Turquoise blue and Reactive Turquoise Blue.
With continuous efforts to roll out the perfect products, and exceeding client expectations rather than just meeting them, we have blossomed from being a single manufacturing unit to twenty-seven of them spread across the states of Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh along with a wide supply chain network and sales offices. An active member of the chemical industry in India, Meghmani Group is a force to reckon with, with a strong consumer base spread across over 60 countries.
MD’s Message
Right from the inception of Meghmani Dyes and Intermediates with just 1 machine and a small factory, it has been a tremendous journey so far to become a large corporate group. We started with a vision to become one of the most credible chemical industries with maximum customer satisfaction. Over a small period of time, through determination, conviction and hard work of our people, group emerged as the brand known globally. In this journey, our corporate philosophy “Winning Customers through Best Quality”, helped us to position the brand “Meghmani” as the synonym of the quality.
When we look back to the past, operating through the instabilities and uncertainties in international market, we have seen several up and downs but we have considered these variations as lessons to gain strength and establish ourselves in the market. During these uncertainties, following our corporate philosophy, we have succeeded to overcome obstacles realizing our vision.
Moving forward, we would like to thank the policy makers of the country as conducive policies for chemical sector has supported the chemical industries to blossom and secure a respectable position in international market whereas challenges put up by regulatory authorities have lead us to achieve excellence in various fronts.
Further, looking the trajectory of our journey, we feel contended to observe that we have integrated certain aspects in our practices and it’s a good sign that new generation of leadership is giving these aspects the top priority above everything else I.e. Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). I immensely appreciate our employees also who supports the management philosophy in words and spirits and give their whole-hearted dedication and hard work to accomplish organizational goals giving due considerations to these aspects.
