Meghmani group is a $550 million enterprise that has now outgrown over five successful decades. We have been focusing on delivering quality products and inspired consumer confidence by following environment-friendly practices. We are not only limiting ourselves to customers but also embracing employees and enhancing their individual growth.
Here are some of the events that engaged our employees in some big-time fun at Meghmani
International Women’s Day:
Although one of the fundamental rights encompasses the “Right to Equality”, women are still facing struggles toward Gender Equality and Equal Rights. The gender gap is still a matter of deep concern. Between the period of September – and December 2021, the female labor force participation rate was 9.4%.
We at Meghmani believe in Inclusivity. Even though we acknowledge women’s accomplishments time-to-time, we celebrated International Women’s Day to recognize their contributions for the entire year.
This time we also organized a Safety Awareness session emphasizing Commute and Internet safety and domestic violence. We’d had a whale of a time playing games and sharing thoughts on women’s empowerment.
Volleyball Tournament:
“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” Teamwork improves productivity, shares greater synergy, and helps in improving employee engagement.
We value team spirit. Our team at Meghmani effectively communicates the company’s vision that enables them to outperform throughout the year without much hand-holding. Our environment also encourages them to take chances and make their share of mistakes to grow as confident individuals.
We organized an inter-department Volleyball tournament with 9 teams to realize the importance of coordination and teamwork. The teams developed a sense of camaraderie and companionship only to learn that winning and losing is a part and parcel of life – be it in sports or life and the workplace.
During the volleyball tournament, our people displayed spectacular leadership, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
The Festival of Colors – Holi:
COVID-19 kept all of us deprived of celebrating festivals for the last 3 years. Tough times don’t last, tough people do, remember? So this time Holi was different.
We came together and celebrated Holi at its fullest by throwing vibrant colors and water through the air.
As always this Holi once again we experienced togetherness and equality.
What does it mean to be a part of the Meghmani Team? It means contributing to delivering quality products through innovative eco-friendly practices. We value Teamwork, the Competitive Spirit, and Leadership. We believe in providing employees with clean, safe, healthy, and fair working conditions.
