Phthalocyanine pigments
(PB15, PG 7, PG 36) |
Carbon Black

Procedure and Process :
Before adding pigments, SDA 120 must be used in the millbase in combination with wetting and dispersing additives.
Salient Feature :
This additive provides better absorption of dispersing additives on the surface of Pathalocyanine Pigments and on
Carbon Blacks thereby supporting the efficiency of the wetting and dispersing additives.
Advantages :
This additive produces smaller particle sizes by pigment deflocculation and thereby helps to:
» Increase gloss
» Improve color strength
» Reduce viscosity of the pigment concentrate leading to higher pigment content
